The 8th Cyclone Stage, added in Version 5.6 and running every Tuesday. Unholy Tempest gives a 30% chance at Cheerleader Cat; The Dead Keep Rolling (Version 8.4) adds two stages — 1,000,000 XP, then Cheerleader Cat's True Form, Soba Cat.
Zyclone is a Zombie Cyclone with 1,222,222 HP, 44,444 area damage at 120 range every 5 frames, speed 4, four knockbacks, and Revive at 100% HP after 4 seconds, unlimited times — he was the first Zombie with more than one revive. He is not a Floating enemy, so anti-Floating tools do nothing; Zombie Killers do.
