Empire of Cats Ch.1

The opening chapter — Korea to the Moon at 100% enemy strength, with unit costs discounted by a third. The real curriculum is treasure: eleven sets that feed your economy for everything that comes after.

Subtitled 'The Battle Cats Rising', this is the tutorial arc in the most literal sense: every unit costs 33.3% less than standard, every enemy sits at its base 100% magnification, and the whole saga draws from just three enemy traits — Traitless, Red, and Floating. Nothing here is built to stop you; it's built to teach you the deploy-and-push rhythm the rest of the game assumes.

The treasures are the part worth slowing down for. Eleven sets — Energy Drink through Management Bible — buff Worker Cat efficiency, wallet capacity, production speed, XP gain, base health, enemy money, Cat health and attack, and both Cat Cannon stats. Re-running a stage rerolls treasure quality, and a full Superior sweep of the chapter pays out a 1,000,000 XP mission on top.

The finale is The Face on the Moon, backed by a wave of regular peons. Clearing it hands over Moneko and 50 Cat Food, and unlocks most of the game's actual structure: Into the Future, the Legend Stages, Cat Combos, and the Ototo Corps base-development crew.
