The Starred Aliens are the wall here, not the boss — Star Peng, Corporal Weyland and Project A all arrive at 2,400% magnification.
- Max your anti-Starred Alien treasures first. Missing even one set leaves each Star Peng at 672,000 HP and 36,000 attack.
- At that point they are effectively unbeatable without a cheese strategy or specific Uber Rares.
- The Enigma Fruit treasures help considerably, opening up Wheel Cat and other heavy anti-Alien damage.

CATS TO BRING 
BAZIBASTRA S Bazibastra has exceptional offense and defense against Aliens, allowing it to both lay a dent in Puffsley as well as soak up some hits, and having a low cooldown makes it disposable and even stackable. With a high enough level and attack up combos you could kill Puffsley's Comet in 3-4 hits! 
GREATER BALROG CAT S Greater Balrog's extreme damage with Talents makes him very useful in getting rid of Star Pengs, and his short recharge time makes it easy to get him back when necessary. 
SHARPSHOOTER SAKI A Serves the same purpose as Aphrodite, but with a lower cooldown and less DPS, and her Target Only ability doesn't matter in this stage, as it is purely Aliens anyway. 
LUMINALIA S A high level Luminalia is effectively invincible on this stage, being immune to warp and halving enemy damage with 100% uptime. Be careful, however - it still gets knocked back by Puffsley's Comet so you can still lose if Luminalia gets pushed behind your own base. 
LUFALAN PASALAN S This unit can outrange all enemies in the stage (720 range - Puffsley's Omni Strike hits up to 550, whereas Corporal Weyland's Long Distance hits up to 600) and deals extreme damage, melting the durable peons and the boss quickly. 
MAD DOCTOR KLAY S Attacks only Aliens in an Alien-only stage. Make sure to avoid hitting Puffsley's Comet and triggering his attacks, as the knockback effect can easily displace this unit. While Klay might not be able to solo Puffsley, he definitely makes dealing with Puffsley and the support much easier. 
GRAVOLODON S Resists Aliens, is immune to warp, destroys Barriers at a 100% chance and creates level 4 Wave Attacks. Chips down the backline and Puffsley's Comet, as well as tanking a lot of hits from the boss. 
SUPERCAR CAT B Guaranteed 100% Barrier Breaker. Also fits “Burst the boss down.” 
SPACE CAT A 50% Barrier Breaker. Also fits “Out-range Puffsley's Comet.”
