STRATEGY
Poultrio is effectively M. Ost with the brakes removed — very high speed, a very fast attack, Omni Strike and heavy DPS, which makes stalling it nearly impossible.
- Traditional meatshields like Manic Eraser die on contact.
- So do the specialist meatshields — Jetpack Cat, Maize Cat and Carpenter Cat all fold immediately.
- Treat it as a damage race rather than something to hold back.

BOULDER CAT A Rock is required to bring along on its stage due to its blazing fast speed and recharge and powerful stalling potential, making it extremely helpful to stall Poultrio. Also pretty good at baiting out Celeboodle and Doge Dark hits given that both units are Single Target enemies with high damage. 
BULLET TRAIN CAT A Bullet Train is very useful on these stages if luck is on your side. Depending on how many times Poultrio decides to launch Knockbacks, it can land a bunch of extra damage and brute force the Shield. 
CYBERPUNK CAT A Poultrio pushes crazy hard, meaning that Cyberpunk and Deadeye are welcome additions here alongside your Legend Cats. 
SNIPER THE DEADEYE A Poultrio pushes crazy hard, meaning that Cyberpunk and Deadeye are welcome additions here alongside your Legend Cats. 
JIZO'S MEGA-CASTLE S Kasa Jizo's Ultra Form is really bad for this stage, but his True Form on the other hand is a decently okay nuker here, albeit with some problems due to his multi-hit potentially creating some problems with Poultrio's Explosions and Knockbacks. 
THE SPECTRAL CAT S Spectral Cat's high effective health and damage makes her a really good Uber for Poultrio, as well as having some incredibly powerful CC in the form of a lengthy Slow and crippling Weaken which can easily combo with Uril and Newtone. 
ALMIGHTY ANUBIS S If you have Anubis's Ultra Talents for whatever reason, he is a decently viable option for this stage thanks to his Knockback Immunity, chance of piercing Shields, and high DPS, alongside an unreliable Surge which can nuke a supporting enemy if it actually lands. 
NEK-03 CLOUD EMPEROR S Bomburr's Ultra Form isn't the greatest backliner generalist to exist, but even if Untalented, Bomburr's Explosions, if they occur, can force damage knockbacks onto the supporting enemies. 
FISH CAT A Strong Against Red and tanky for the cost — a sturdy anti-Red frontliner. 
DOM CAT B Strong against Red — 1.5x damage, takes 1/2. Also fits “Counter Dark.”
