The Devil's Rhythm is the 1st stage of Temptation's Rhapsody. Next stage: Symphony of Bankruptcy.
Even with Specials and Ubers as the only options, this is the easiest stage in the Temptation's Symphony set if you own the right two or three units.
- Ancient Egg: N004 survives the restriction and still dismantles the stage.
- A talented Cats in a Box shreds both the Shadow Boxer Ks and the Doge Darks.
- A talented Sumo Cat works well as the meatshield, and Ancient Egg: N003 covers the Aku enemies.
Possessed Empress is Aku. Anti-Aku units take less damage and deal more.

CAT CACTUS B Cat Cactus: Strong against Aku enemies (Deals 1.5x damage, only takes 1/2 damage) Possessed Empress reaches 520 range. Units that out-range it can chip safely without taking hits.
MEDITATION CAT C Range 600 — fires from beyond its 520. 
NERD CAT A Range 1200 — fires from beyond its 520. Also fits “Clear the crowd.” 
CHILD OF DESTINY PHONO S Range 600 — fires from beyond its 520. Also fits “Burst the boss down.” 
SNIPER THE RECRUIT A Range 1200 — fires from beyond its 520. 
TECOLUGA S Range 720 — fires from beyond its 520. Also fits “Burst the boss down.” Possessed Empress has a deep HP pool (980,000+ even before stage magnification). Heavy single-target burst shortens the fight.
BAHAMUT CAT S Huge multi-hit burst — a story-unlock powerhouse that deletes tanky enemies. 
IZ THE DANCER S Big Multi-Hit Massive-Damage bursts. Also fits “Clear the crowd.” 
GAIA THE CREATOR S Long-Distance multi-hit with Insane Damage — a generalist wall-cracker. 
CRAZED MONEKO A Big crit burst against tanky/Metal targets. 
KALISA S Big Massive-Damage Area hits. Also fits “Clear the crowd.” 6 enemy types stack up here. Area attackers hit the whole push at once instead of one unit at a time.
MASTER URIL A Area attacks hit everything in range. Also fits “Counter Aku.” BARREL CAT B Area attacks hit everything in range. Also fits “Counter Aku.” NERD CAT A Evolved/True hit groups over a Long Distance band. Also fits “Out-range Possessed Empress.”
