Ruthless Tyrant is the 3rd stage of The Crazed Cow. Previous stage: Lots O' Lion.
STRATEGY
Lots O' Lion in Aku form: low-range, fragile single-target Lions with big damage, whose Counter-Surge punishes any Surge attacker — spammable attackers and something that stops the push.
- Cameraman (Strong vs Floating, cheap, Survives) shreds the Brollows and stacks DPS; Boulder Cat's extreme health and speed stop the Lions pushing.
- Awakened Bahamut backs the Area Attackers with plenty of meatshields; the Explosion Talent shreds the Lions.
- Threats spawn early, so a Rich Cat helps; bring something to stop Brollow clipping through during the boss shockwave.
- Skip Surge attackers entirely — they do little here and the Lions' Counter-Surge destroys DPS units.

CAMERAMAN CAT B Cameraman Cat - Cameraman is a mid-ranged attacker who's Strong Against Floating and tears up Brollows like paper, while also having a low cost and the ability to Survive a Lethal Strike. This makes her an excellent choice to accumulate DPS. 
AWAKENED BAHAMUT CAT S Awakened Bahamut Cat - Bahamut needs a lot of meatshields to work properly, but he can act as a supplementary form of DPS that backs your Area Attackers. If you have explosion talents unlocked, Bahamut can shred the malevolent lions. 
BOULDER CAT A Boulder Cat - Boulder has extreme health and very high speed but despawns after one attack. Nevertheless, when the enemies stack up, Boulder will often be your main source of defense while you stack up Area Attackers. 
JELLYCAT A Jellycat - Jellycat can fire off powerful Wave Attacks, exploiting the range disadvantage of most enemies in the stage. At level 48 or above, Jellycat's attacks do just enough damage to instantly kill 200% Brollows, and at level 50, it can destroy the Lions' Shields, making things that much easier. 
SABER THE CAT C Saber Alter Cat: Strong against Floating enemies (Deals 1.5x damage, only takes 1/2 damage) 
ARCHER CAT A Deals Massive Damage to Floating enemies. Also fits “Out-range Brollow.” 
BODHISATTVA CAT A Slows and (True) Weakens Floating enemies. 
CATMAN S Massive Damage vs Floating (Normal). Also fits “Out-range Brollow.” 
HIGH LORD BABEL S Equally tough against Floating enemies, with Colossus Slayer.
