A gruelling test of timing built on one pairing: Professor A. at 200% magnification standing behind Queen Mother V.
- Sushi Cat is close to mandatory — it can tank the buffed Professor A. and Weaken him for everything else.
- Queen Mother V's guaranteed 111-second Curse is what punishes a mistimed push.
- This is a key progression point, since clearing it is how you unlock Slime Cat.

CATS TO BRING 
ROE CAT A Roe Cat is the basis for most of your strategies, acting as a tanker and weakener for Professor A, at a minimum of Level 40 for peak performance to comfortably tank, ideally with some investment into Cost Down and Slow Resist Talents, though Slow Resist is optional. 
POWER CUTTER CAT A Essentially Courier Cat, but with higher speed, and even higher damage, dealing over 80k damage at level 30 to Professor A, helping by a large margin. 
CAN CAN CAT A While not exactly the best attacker against Professor A., It can be helpful for taking out a Relic Doge before it curses your Roe Cats. With investment into Attack and Defense Buff Talents, it could get an attack off, dealing a huge chunk of health. 
BULLET TRAIN CAT A Most useful for chip damage and sniping a Ginger Snache for extra money, 
MANIC ISLAND CAT A Manic Island will be your main source of damage for Professor A for most of the fight, making it essential to time it so it doesn't get cursed. The more levels on it, the better. 
AWAKENED BAHAMUT CAT S Paired with the Thunderbolt Cannon, Awakened Bahamut Cat can deal enormous damage to Professor A, or even defeat it outright depending on the time you send him out. He can also be sent out if Queen Mother V is hitting the base in a last ditch effort to knock her back. 
GREATER BALROG CAT S Single-target DPS unit that basically acts as a better Can Can and is insidiously effective. He works very well with his Strengthen/Cost Down Talents to wipe out the One Horns as well as the Relic Doges, while being replaceable easily if lost. His weakness to Professor A. 
SHARPSHOOTER SAKI A Saki, being a fast, long-ranged sniper (stands at 600), can absolutely eradicate Red threats from existence, and her short cooldown allows her to be stacked. 
KING OF DESTINY PHONOA S Though vulnerable to Curse, Phonoa's very high speed (30), far-reaching LD multi-hits and huge standing range (600 vs 501) means it can utterly reduce every enemy in the stage to rubble. 
CAT MACHINE MK 3 A As long as Cat Machine is not cursed, Cat Machine will whittle down Queen Mother V's and Professor A's health. A level 40 Cat Machine can survive long enough for another Cat Machine, allowing for stacking. Speed up talents and combos are recommended. 
HYPER BATTALION CONVOYS S Essentially a much stronger Roe, Convoys can easily infiltrate Queen Mother V's blind spot and prevent Professor A. from attacking your other units by constantly knocking him back, allowing your other units free rein to attack the vulnerable Mother V with barely any resistance. 
LUNOS THE LUMINOUS A While still vulnerable to the Red peons in this stage, his Conjure can help relief the pressure of this stage and push the enemies back to the base. Both his forms work, however, his Evolved Form is preferred for extra bulk to make it to the frontlines. 
SABER THE CAT C Saber Alter Cat: Strong against Floating enemies (Deals 1.5x damage, only takes 1/2 damage) 
ARCHER CAT A Deals Massive Damage to Floating enemies. 
DELINQUENT CAT A Multi-Hit Area damage + Freeze vs Floating. Also fits “Counter Relic.” 
CATMAN S Massive Damage vs Floating (Normal). Also fits “Counter Relic.” 
HIGH LORD BABEL S Equally tough against Floating enemies, with Colossus Slayer. 
MASTER URIL A Esoteric Uril: Strong against Relic, Aku (Deals 1.5x damage, only takes 1/2 damage)

GAIA THE CREATOR S Long-Distance multi-hit with Insane Damage — a generalist wall-cracker.
