MOON
Moon is the 48th stage of Into the Future Ch.1. Previous stage: Floating Continent.
Cli-One floats at 760 range, farther than anything you own, and Weakens whatever she hits. She isn't the stage, though. Ursamajor and Elizabeth the LVIth are, and they keep coming for as long as the fight lasts. The level-20 answer is one unit, Crazed Whale Cat, plus a Bahamut you save for the right two swings. If you haven't beaten Crazed Fish yet, there are gacha Super Rares that can do it too, but they need more luck.
The lineup that does it
Seven units, all level 20: Macho Cat, Samba Cat and Wall Cat for meat, Crazed Whale Cat as the unit that actually wins, Dragon Cat behind it, Valkyrie and Bahamut on the second row. Crazed Whale is the reward from the Crazed Fish stage, which runs on the 21st of every month. If you're stuck here without it, getting it is usually quicker than finding a way round it. Crazed Whale has enough health to take several Ursamajor swings, so a line of them slows everything else down while the rest of your damage gets to work.
Treasures
Into the Future treasures change this stage more than your cats do. Without them, every Alien here is at 700% of its base stats. Each ItF chapter has two crystals, and each one takes 100% off that, so finish both crystals in Chapter 1 before you spend energy here. The run has Cosmic Energy at 100% too. Future Tech only affects energy, and it was at 66%.

From 0:00: Whales
Start sending Crazed Whale the moment the battle starts, and spend the spare cash on the wallet. The early field is Shibalien, Hyppoh, Kroxo and the Helmut Krabbes, and the Whales handle all of it. Once you have some money, send Valkyrie. When the LeMurrs arrive, at about 1:40, they Weaken the Whales, and that's your cue for meatshields and Dragons to go out in support. The Bahamut stays in its slot.

Ursamajor: the two hits that matter
Ursamajor walks in after the Maawth, from 3:20 on. That's when Bahamut goes out, and he has to hit Ursamajor twice. Two hits take most of his health, and the Whales and Dragons finish the rest. The Whales help Bahamut land those hits: they soak Ursamajor's swings even after he's Strengthened and slow his advance, so Bahamut lives long enough to swing twice and can reach him. Sometimes Bahamut still misses. When he does, restart instead of trying to rescue the run. Once Ursamajor is down, go back to meatshields, Dragons and Valkyrie.

Elizabeth: bring her home
Elizabeth the LVIth is the Wave attacker that makes this stage scary for newer players. Crazed Whale is the reason she doesn't have to be. When she reaches your front line, stop sending units and let her walk toward your base. That separates her from Cli-One, who stays at range. Once she's alone, a Bahamut hit plus the Whales takes her down. Even if Bahamut misses his second swing, the Whales usually finish her.

Then Cli-One
With Ursamajor and Elizabeth dead, the stage is done. Cli-One alone can't kill a line of Crazed Whales, so keep sending them and she falls. Don't take too long, though. Ursamajor and Elizabeth both come back while the fight lasts. Crazed Whale usually wins before the second wave matters, but if you're slow, you'll have to do the Bahamut timing a second time.

No Crazed Whale?
Every non-Crazed, non-Uber answer puts a gacha unit in Crazed Whale's slot and keeps the rest of the team. Rover Cat Mk II, a 300¢ anti-Alien Rare, is the one most players will own. It's the solution with the most confirmed clears, sometimes with Rover as the only gacha unit on the team. Polevaulter Cat is a Super Rare alternative. Power Saw Cat, a limited Super Rare, is the easiest of the three: it resists Aliens and deals massive damage to them. All three versions play the same way, but you have to kill two full waves of Ursamajor and Elizabeth, and Bahamut has to hit twice every time. A missed swing means a restart. Bring the Rich Cat and Sniper the Cat battle items for the Rover and Polevaulter versions. Sexy Legs Cat in True Form also works, but at this point in the game that takes Cat Tickets you won't have for weeks.

THE SHORT VERSIONCrazed Whale from the first second, Bahamut held for Ursamajor (two hits, or restart), stop spawning so Elizabeth walks to your base alone, and Cli-One falls to the Whales. No Crazed Whale? Put Rover Cat Mk II in its slot and be ready to do all of it twice.
In Chapter 1, 9 of the 9 enemies are at 100%. The enemy base has 300,000 HP here, against 450,000 in Chapter 2 and 600,000 in Chapter 3.

From each chapter's wiki stage infobox. Magnification scales an enemy's HP and attack.
Cli-One is Alien. Anti-Alien units take less damage and deal more.
Cli-One is Floating. Anti-Floating units take less damage and deal more.
Cli-One reaches 760 range. Units that out-range it can chip safely without taking hits.
Cli-One has a deep HP pool (120,000+ even before stage magnification). Heavy single-target burst shortens the fight.
9 enemy types stack up here. Area attackers hit the whole push at once instead of one unit at a time.
